IROV STAKING • USER-FACING DISCLOSURE • VERSION 1.0
Purpose and scope
These terms describe material risks and user responsibilities associated with voluntarily staking IROV through the Gate V user experience. Read them carefully before approving or confirming a transaction.
Voluntary participation
Participation is optional. You decide whether to participate, which eligible amount to stake and which available lock period to select. Do not proceed unless you understand the transaction and its restrictions.
Supported token and network
The staking experience concerns IROV on BNB Chain Mainnet. Confirm that your wallet is on the correct network and that the displayed token and destination contract are the intended ones. Transactions involving the wrong assets, networks or addresses may lead to irreversible loss.
Lock periods and withdrawals
The documented staking options are STARTER (180 days), PLUS (365 days), ADVANCE (548 days) and PREMIUM (730 days). A position may generally be withdrawn only after its contractual unlock time and subject to the deployed contract’s conditions. Availability of an interface button does not override contract restrictions.
Transactions and fees
Blockchain transactions require your wallet approval and may require network fees payable in BNB. Network fees and failed-transaction costs can change and may not be recoverable. Submission does not ensure confirmation.
Digital asset risks
IROV may experience significant price volatility or loss of market value. Blockchain networks, wallets, smart contracts and connected services may experience errors, attacks, congestion, downtime, transaction delays, forks or other unexpected behavior. Funds may become inaccessible or experience loss.
Wallet responsibility
You are responsible for securing your wallet, recovery phrase, signing device and transaction approvals. Never disclose your seed phrase or private keys. You must verify any transaction request before signing it.

No guarantee of outcomes
No representation is made that the price or value of IROV will increase, that you will earn a particular return, or that participation will be profitable. The referenced staking contract records locked token positions and permits withdrawals under its rules; it does not itself establish any guaranteed financial yield.
Service availability and blockchain finality
Access to an interface, network services or data may be interrupted. Confirmed blockchain transactions may be irreversible. The existence of a pending or displayed transaction does not alone prove that tokens have been staked or withdrawn.
Eligibility and access
Any access status connected to holding or staking IROV is subject to the applicable eligibility rules and verification of qualifying assets. A displayed status is not a promise of perpetual eligibility. Changes to balances or withdrawal of tokens may affect access.
Limitations and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory rules, no assurance is given against losses arising from market movements, user errors, network conditions or third-party failures. Nothing in these disclosures waives rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived or limits responsibility for conduct for which exclusion is prohibited.
