IROV STAKING • USER-FACING DISCLOSURE • VERSION 1.0
Confirmation before submission
Before submitting a staking transaction, the user should be shown the selected amount, the selected plan, the lock duration, the connected wallet address, the destination contract and a reminder that network fees may apply.
Required acknowledgments
I understand that staking IROV is voluntary and involves digital-asset, blockchain and smart-contract risks.
I understand that IROV may lose value and that profits or returns are not guaranteed.
I understand that the chosen lock period restricts access to my deposited IROV until the contract permits withdrawal.
I understand that my wallet transaction must be reviewed and approved by me and that blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
I have conducted my own research (DYOR) and am not relying on the displayed materials as personalized financial advice.
I confirm that I will not disclose my wallet seed phrase or private key.
I agree to proceed only if I understand the transaction and can accept the associated risks.
Affirmative acceptance
Acceptance should require a deliberate affirmative action before the transaction request is sent to the user’s wallet. Do not assume acceptance from silence or a preselected checkbox.
Record of acceptance
For accountability, a service may retain a record of which version of these disclosures the user accepted and when, consistent with its applicable privacy practices. Acceptance does not replace the wallet’s separate approval of the on-chain transaction.
These disclosures are general in scope and do not designate a governing jurisdiction or identify an entity that has not been provided. They do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
